Dizzy
Dizzy is a Dalmatian and one of the main characters of 101 Dalmatian Street. she is one of the 98 other siblings among Delilah and Doug. she is seen oftentimes with Dee Dee. she is voiced voiced by Nefeli Karakosta.[2]
Physical Appearance
Dizzy has white fur with black spots. The spots are sparse aside from a black, notched left ear, a mask of black, and a left foot marking resembling a toeless sock. she has a blue collar that has purple stripes in some art.
